Eamonn is a chartered accountant by profession and he joined the Vantage team after a 30-year career working in Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and some more exotic locations such as Mauritius and Madagascar.  He has worked with and for businesses at senior management and director level, across a diverse range of sectors including financial services, wholesale, retail, logistics, manufacturing and light engineering. He brings a broad range of skills and a wealth of commercial experience to the Company.  As Vantage’s Business Operations Director, he is particularly motivated and directed towards improving our clients' and candidates' experience of the Company’s services.

Jason joined Vantage Resources in 2008 after working as a Senior Project Manager in the IT industry. After graduating with a Masters in Computer Science Jason spent over 12 years with international software companies in a wide range of roles working in Ireland, South America and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in software delivery across Business Analysis and Project Management, especially in the payment systems arena. 

Sam brings a wealth of HR and Recruitment experience to his role, having worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. He joined Vantage in 2004.  His role covers Account Management for many large corporate and public sector clients, bringing a wealth of experience in the sourcing, vetting and proposing of high calibre candidates within the constraints of tight client budgets. He is expert in utilising social media channels in the sourcing of superior IT professionals in both the local market and Internationally.

Darragh recently joined the Vantage team as our Marketing Communications Manager. Having worked across an array of business sectors, Darragh is a results-driven, highly motivated marketeer with extensive enterprise-level marketing experience. He has an impressive record in exceeding campaign and activity targets and a clear understanding of how to develop corporate brands. Darragh is today focused on developing strategic marketing plans for Vantage as the company expands its market share across Ireland. 

Aoife is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Vantage Resources, an IT Recruitment / Resourcing specialist Company, winner of the 'Best In Practice'​ IT award at the National Recruitment Federation Awards 2009 & 2010. Vantage Resources is Ireland's leading IT contract solutions company with a 100% business focus on resourcing the very best Information Technology professionals for our Clients'​ Operational, Infrastructure and Application Development projects.

Audrey has recently joined Vantage as an account/sales manager, whilst still engaging in the recruitment process. Having recruited in the IT space for over 6 years for various clients across different environments, Audrey has gained considerable understanding and experience of the IT market. Whilst providing the right candidates for the right roles, relationship building, and people management would be core strengths.

Ella is a CIPD Accredited HR Professional with over an in-depth understanding of Ireland’s complex and ever-changing recruitment industry. Having come from a strong contract recruitment background, Ella now plays a crucial role in Vantage’s Talent Acquisition Team. She has a genuine flair for discerning the exacting of both clients and candidates across a number of key business sectors, all the while focused on driving added value to each engagement she is involved in.

Niall has joined our Permanent Team and brings with him 2 years’ IT specific recruitment experience upon returning from the UK. He brings with him his market knowledge and experience in attracting the very best IT talent across different countries through advertising, social media and other channels. Niall’s role is to identify client needs and deliver the best IT candidates available.

Simon Martin founded Vantage in 1995. He has been in the IT industry for over 30 years working for multiple large organizations both in Ireland and abroad. Prior to starting Vantage, he worked as an independent IT consultant in Ireland and internationally for IBM, CSC Computations, Bank of Ireland, Aer Lingus, Irish Permanent and AIB Bank. He has been personally involved in the delivery of large-scale IT projects and has worked closely with many customers as an Account Manager delivering high calibre IT professionals to support their in-house projects. 

Claire joined Vantage Resources in 2012 as part of the Admin team. After 3 years of looking after all aspects of the company's administration, from timesheets and contracts to paperclips and Christmas parties, she made the move to the recruitment team. Coming into a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the IT industry, she quickly learned the ropes and proved herself a valuable addition. She resources roles from entry level to senior consultant across multiple IT verticals, constantly striving to find the best candidates for our clients. 

Eric joined the Vantage team in 2017 as an IT Resourcer. A graduate of Hospitality Management, Eric has extensive experience in Customer Service. Eric prides himself on his ability to engage with candidates and go above and beyond to meet and exceed their expectations. His role with Vantage is to ensure that all candidates requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
